Keep a check on operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and safety.* Responsible for maintaining health of equipment’s, carry out predictive and preventive maintenance and plan for short and long shutdown so as to achieve maximum plant availability and reliability of the specified area.* Ensure maintenance cost is within the budgeted cost, keeping minimum inventory for the area.1. Should have knowledge and expertise in maintenance of all types of mechanical equipment pertaining to Proportioning Bin and discharge System of Sinter Plant. Should have minimum 10yrs of experience in sinter plant maintenance dept.2. Possess detailed knowledge/skill for the Preventive, Predictive & Periodical Maintenance of equipment like Bins (Silo) and its components, Conveyors and its Components, Loss in Weigh System, Intensive Mixer and Nodulizing Drum Mixer, Vibrating Screens, Weigh feeders, Belt Feeders, EOT Cranes and Hoists.
