Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Presales
professional to drive lead generation, client engagement, and conversion for our real estate
projects. The role involves identifying potential customers, presenting project details,
building relationships, and supporting sales closure with effective presales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (online
portals, brokers, referrals, corporate tie-ups, events).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and corporate
houses.
Achieve lead generation and sales targets for assigned real estate projects.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer
preferences.
Build brand awareness through participation in exhibitions, promotional activities, and
digital campaigns.
Presales:
Manage inbound and outbound leads, nurture prospects, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and present appropriate project options.
