Senior Product Specialist – International Fabrics & Wall Coverings

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Senior Product Specialist
to join our International Brands division for fabrics and wall coverings at Floor & Furnishings. The ideal candidate will manage all backend processes related to buying, sales, and marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth operations and growth of the product line. This role requires a sales-driven mindset, strong commitment to deadlines, and a long-term career vision with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage backend operations for international fabric and wall covering brands, including product buying, order processing, and sales coordination.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales and enhance product visibility.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure product availability, timely deliveries, and smooth client servicing.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support sales growth strategies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure seamless procurement and supply chain management.
  • Ensure strict adherence to deadlines and company processes for efficient product flow.
  • Travel extensively to meet clients, attend trade shows, and build supplier/vendor relations.
  • Maintain high levels of dedication, accountability, and long-term commitment to the company.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Sales Growth:
    Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned products.
  • Process Efficiency:
    Ensure 100% compliance with backend processes, order timelines, and reporting accuracy.
  • Marketing Impact:
    Successful execution of campaigns measured by increased product visibility, leads generated, and conversions.
  • Client Satisfaction:
    Positive feedback and repeat business from clients due to timely delivery and service quality.
  • Travel Effectiveness:
    Number of successful client/vendor meetings and trade events contributing to sales or sourcing.
  • Commitment & Reliability:
    Long-term consistency in performance with no frequent job switches or missed deadlines.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in product management, merchandising, or sales in textiles/home décor.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, wall coverings, or interior furnishing products.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to drive targets.
  • Passion for travel and willingness to dedicate significant time to client/vendor interactions.
  • Highly dependable, deadline-focused, and committed to long-term growth with the company.
