Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through online tools, databases, and social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Generate qualified leads by initiating contact through cold emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Build and maintain a robust leads pipeline to support the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and conversion metrics.
  • Analyze and track lead performance using CRM tools, generating detailed reports for management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ways to reach new prospects.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and client acquisition processes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with offshore staffing or recruitment services is a plus
