About the Role:

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced

Senior Accounts Executive

to manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with India’s financial and legal regulations, and support audit and reporting functions. This role is ideal for a seasoned accounting professional with expertise in financial compliance and a proactive approach to managing accounts efficiently.

Job Description

Accounting and Financial Management:

Prepare daily accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger management, and reconciliations.Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.Manage cash flow and ensure timely processing of payments and receipts.

2 India Statutory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings.Handle timely preparation and submission of tax returns and other statutory reports.Stay updated with changes in Indian accounting and tax regulations to ensure adherence.

3 Audit and Reporting:

Support internal and external audits by preparing accurate and comprehensive financial records.Assist in the preparation of MIS reports and management dashboards.Work closely with auditors to ensure seamless audit processes.

4.Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial planning.Train and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

5 Process Improvement:

Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.Implement and maintain robust internal control systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CA Inter/CMA qualification is an advantage.

Experience:Minimum 8+ years of experience in accounting, legal compliance, and audits, with in-depth knowledge of Indian tax laws and financial regulations.

Technical Expertise:Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial modelling.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.Multi-tasking and manage internal and external compliance deadlines
