Responsibilities :


Job Description :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.
  • Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet organizational needs.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Ensure the successful integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with existing systems. Participate in testing and quality assurance processes.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and ERP processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience into SSRS / SSIS
  • Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., C#, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.).
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
