Learning And Development Specialist

We are looking for sincere and hardworking AM/Deputy Manager – Learning & Development in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs within the organization. The candidate should have 4-7 years of experience in training and L&D.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop relevant programs.
Design engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
Facilitate training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring content delivery aligns with learning objectives.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, etc.
Continuously update and improve training materials based on feedback and evolving organizational needs.
Manage the organization's LMS, including user administration, content upload, and reporting.
Provide technical support and training to employees on LMS functionality.
Ensuring training programs comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and compliance.
Prepare reports and documentation for internal audits and regulatory reviews.
Manage the learning and development budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient training solutions.
Experience & Skills:
Years of Experience in Learning and Development
experience in learning and development, preferably in a managerial or leadership capacity.
in learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.

Educational Qualification
Graduate/MBA in Human Resource Management
