Direction of MGS’s development is paved by its three key pillars, which are Mutual Respect, Discipline and Transparency, which are set as the baseline of every process and operation carried out at MGS.What’s in it for you?o Immense exposure and learningo Excellent career growtho Company of highly passionate leaders and mentorso Ability to build things from scratchKnow more about MGS: - Description : Provide technical leadership in the design, deployment, and maintenance of Mizuho IT Infrastructure.The role involves hands-on engineering, stakeholder coordination, and oversight of infrastructure projects to ensure scalability, security, and high availability.Key Responsibilities • Design scalable and secure infrastructure solutions• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve performance and reduce costs • Lead infrastructure projects across networking, servers, storage, and cloud• Serve as the SME for Windows/Linux environments, virtualization, and backup/recovery systems• Provide mentorship to infrastructure engineers and support teams.• Ensure high availability of core infrastructure services including compute, storage, and network.• Define and enforce configuration standards, patching cycles, and disaster recovery strategies• Oversee incident and problem resolution for infrastructure issues• Collaborate with application, security, and network teams on integrated solutions• Ensure compliance with IT policies, regulatory standards and audit controls• Plan, coordinate, and execute infrastructure upgrades and migration initiativesRequired Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.• 10-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including 2-3 years in technical leadership role. • Strong problem-solving skills and analysis skills.• Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment• Strong documentation and process adherence.• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/Cent OS/Ubuntu) o Virtualization: VMware v Sphere, Hyper-V o Cloud: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud o Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs o Storage & Backup: SAN/NAS, Veeam, Net Backup, or Commvault o Automation/Scripting: Power Shell, Python, or BashAddress : Mizuho Global Services India Pvt.
