We empower people to manage their lives and overcome fears associated with astrology through easy-to-use tools.Job DescriptionAs a UI/UX Designer at Cosmic Insights, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products. You will work closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to translate user needs and business goals into innovative design solutions.Responsibilities:User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to understand user needs and behaviors. Analyze and synthesize research findings to inform design decisions.Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas effectively. Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and design concepts.Visual Design: Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with our brand identity. Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions. Analyze results and iterate on designs to improve user experience.Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure a consistent design language across products.- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Apply best practices and innovative approaches to your work.Requirements:Experience: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.Education: Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, In Vision, or similar.Skills: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and web/mobile standards. Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.- Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user experience challenges.
