You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable, well-architected mobile solutions with a strong focus on performance, usability, and code quality.QualificationsKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React NativeTranslate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, high-quality codeIntegrate RESTful APIs / GraphQL and third-party SDKsOptimize application performance, memory usage, and app sizeWrite clean, reusable, and testable code following best practicesImplement state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, MobX, etc.)Ensure smooth app releases and manage App Store & Play Store deploymentsCollaborate with backend, QA, and product teams to deliver features end-to-endDebug and resolve production issues, crashes, and performance bottlenecksMentor junior developers and contribute to code reviewsRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in mobile app development3+ years of hands-on experience with React NativeStrong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScriptExperience with React Hooks, functional components, and modern RN patternsSolid understanding of Android and iOS platform specificsFamiliarity with native modules (Android – Kotlin/Java, iOS – Swift/Objective-C)Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile appsKnowledge of mobile app security, performance optimization, and accessibilityExperience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox)Good to HaveExperience with Expo / Expo EASFamiliarity with FastlaneKnowledge of offline-first architectureExperience with analytics & monitoring tools (Firebase, Sentry, Crashlytics)Prior experience leading mobile projects or small teamsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefitsOpportunity to work on high-impact mobile productsFlexible work environmentLearning budget and growth opportunitiesCollaborative and engineering-driven culture
