What You'll Be Doing

As an Outbound Voice Sales Associate (UK region), you'll:

  • Connect with interested UK-based customers and persuade them to purchase broadband connection packages
  • Drive sales conversions using consultative, solution-based approaches
  • Log accurate call outcomes and customer interactions in CRM
  • Exceed defined daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
  • Share best practices and feedback with your team to boost campaign effectiveness

Who Were Looking For

  • Stellar English communication skills (verbal)
  • Prior experience in outbound sales, telesales, or voice-based processes a plus; talent and attitude matter most
  • Comfortable working rotational shifts between 12:30 PM 1:30 AM (choose any 9-hour window)
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection resolution abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic office applications
  • Goal-oriented, organized, and resilient under pressure

Work Schedule

  • Shift Window: Flexible 9 hours between 12:30 PM 1:30 AM (rotational)
  • Work Week: 5 days on, 2 days off (rotational)
