Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Domestic Customer Support Executive to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our customers within the country. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound communicationvia phone, email, and chatproviding prompt, accurate, and solution-focused assistance. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction by resolving queries, addressing complaints, and ensuring a seamless post-sales experience. Youll be expected to understand local market nuances, communicate in a customer-friendly manner, and collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure that customer concerns are addressed efficiently. A positive attitude, active listening skills, and a passion for helping people are essential for success in this role.
Key and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from domestic customers .
- Identify customer needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Accurately log all interactions, customer feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Share insights and customer feedback to improve processes and services.
- Educate customers about available services and upsell when appropriate.
Job Requirements:
- Work Location: Tin Factory/Bommanahalli, Bangalore
-Shifts: 6days Of Work/ 1day rotational off(Day shift)
-Salary- 1 TO 4 LPA+ Incentives
-Language - English+ Hindi+ Kannada/ English+ Hindi+ Telegu
