Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive with 1+ years of experience. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of firewall systems and technical troubleshooting. You will be responsible for solving IT-related issues, taking remote sessions, and ensuring timely resolution of support tickets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues raised by clients.
  • Take remote sessions to diagnose and fix problems.
  • Add users and manage user access.
  • Add and manage firewall policies.
  • Work within the given TAT (Turnaround Time) to resolve issues.
  • Confirm resolution with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Keep records of issues and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk.
  • Good knowledge of firewalls, network troubleshooting, and user management, Ms office migration, Data Backup, AD etc
  • Experience in working with ticketing systems.
  • Ability to handle remote support tools confidently.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Female candidates only.
