Your Career

Palo Alto Networks is looking for a highly motivated Travel and Expense Analyst who is interested to play a key role in the development of a CoE for the accounting department that is being established at Bangalore, India. This position will report to the Accounting Manager and is a great opportunity for a talented individual who has the desire to join a fast-growing company in a truly international environment.

This position calls for someone with a pro-active work approach, being flexible and hands on to perform a broad variety of Travel and Expense activities.

Your Impact 

  • Review/audit T&E claims from employees (corporate card and cash reimbursements)
  • Process global corporate card applications
  • SME for T&E including support issue resolution
  • Liaise with corporate card vendor to resolve issues
  • Monitor various metrics for a healthy card and expense program such as delinquencies, terminations, delayed manager approval etc.
  • Update process documentation as necessary and train new members
  • Educate employees on travel and expense reimbursement processes
  • T&E Projects/Enhancement and Process improvement support
  • Ensure optimal internal customer satisfaction
  • All other task/responsibilities as required for the job, ad hoc corporate and business request

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • UG/ PG Degree in Accountancy or equivalent military experience required
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years relevant experience in Travel and Expense Function
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Concur, Appzen and SAP systems
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Meticulous and efficient to manage high volume of transactions
  • Strong communicator and team player
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving, and demanding environment
