Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Spring Boot , Microservices architecture , and modern cloud-native development practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain RESTful microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Architect and implement scalable, distributed systems following microservices best practices. Work with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) to deploy and manage backend services. Create and optimize API gateways, authentication, and security layers (OAuth2, JWT) . mplement CI/CD pipelines , containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, DevOps, Product). Handle performance tuning, debugging, and root-cause analysis. Write clean, reusable, and testable code with JUnit, Mockito , and best coding practices. Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions.
