With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and modern cloud-native development practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain RESTful microservices using Java and Spring Boot.Architect and implement scalable, distributed systems following microservices best practices.Work with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) to deploy and manage backend services.Create and optimize API gateways, authentication, and security layers (OAuth2, JWT).mplement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, DevOps, Product).Handle performance tuning, debugging, and root-cause analysis.Write clean, reusable, and testable code with JUnit, Mockito, and best coding practices.Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions.Mandatory Skills✔ hands-on experience with Java Backend Developer✔Knowledge of Spring Boot, MicroservicesImportant Note (Please Read Before Applying)🚫 Do NOT apply if:You have less than 6 years or more than 8 years of experienceYou do not have hands-on experience with Java Backend DeveloperYou are on a notice period longer than 15 daysYou are looking for Hybrid only (role is hybrid in Pan India)You are a fresher or unrelated background (e.g., support, testing only, non-Java roles)✅ Apply ONLY if you meet ALL criteria above.
