We are looking for a Process Data Scientist with experience of with a mix of Operations, Maintenance and Data Science with Industry 4.0 applications in manufacturing. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI projects, particularly within the manufacturing domain. Role - Data Scientist Experience - 3 to 7 years (relevant experience) Skills - Operations, Maintenance and Data Science with Industry 4.0 applications (Hands on experience) Location - Hyderabad (Work from Office) Notice period - Immediate joiners Job Description: - 5-7 Years of experience with a mix of Operations, Maintenance and Data Science, Industry 4.0 applications in manufacturing Position Overview. You will be part of the ITC Advanced Manufacturing Centre of Excellence (CoE) supporting advance analytics projects across ITCs Manufacturing operations across FMCG, Printing and Agri businesses. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI projects, particularly within the manufacturing domain. Develop and implement advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI models to solve complex manufacturing problems. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate models. Deploy machine learning models into production environments and monitor their performance. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies. Implementation and scale up of other Industry 4.0 technologies like Image and Video analytics, AR/VR systems deployment for manufacturing processes and IoT connectivity. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in engineering and a passion for driving innovation and optimizing processes through data-driven solutions. Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation). At least 3 - 7 years of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling Deep understanding of predictive modeling, machine-learning, clustering and classification techniques, and algorithms Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL Experience with big data technologies and tools (e.G., Hadoop, Spark). Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
