  • Site Preparation: Coordinate site preparation activities, such as measurements, clearing, demolition, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment for the construction team.
  • Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that work is completed on time and that deadlines are met.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work performed by contractors and subcontractors, making sure it meets the project's design and quality standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and standards on the construction site to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of workers and visitors.
  • Budget Management: Keep track of project expenses, control costs, and report any budgetary concerns to the project manager or client.

  • Punch List and Closeout: Create and manage a punch list of remaining tasks and ensure that all project elements are completed before final project handover.
  • Post-Construction Evaluation: Evaluate the project's success and gather feedback from the client and team to identify areas for improvement.

To excel as an interiors site supervisor, one should have a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and interior design principles.
