Role Overview

As an Inbound Tour Operations Executive- Client Servicing, you will be the key link between HI DMC and our international travel partners. Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming tour queries, craft personalized travel proposals, and ensure a smooth execution of itineraries from confirmation to departure. You'll be working closely with hotels, transport providers, and local service partners to deliver seamless, high-quality travel experiences for FITs and groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound travel queries from international B2B partners and respond with prompt, professional communication
  • Design customized itineraries and travel proposals based on client requirements and budgets
  • Prepare accurate costings and quotations, ensuring competitiveness and profitability
  • Coordinate bookings with hotels, transporters, guides, and other service providers across destinations
  • Issue service vouchers, confirmations, and travel documentation in a timely manner.
  • Provide on-ground support and troubleshooting for live bookings and ongoing tours.
  • Stay updated with destination knowledge, new experiences, and product developments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in inbound tour operations, preferably with a Destination Management Company (DMC)
  • Strong understanding of key destinations across Indian Subcontinent, Middle East and Egypt
  • Proven experience in itinerary planning, costing, and operations coordination
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with tour planning/reservation systems
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
