Position: ROR Developer
We're hiring an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer with expertise in Elixir and API development. If you're someone who loves writing clean code, solving complex problems, and working in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.

Mumbai | Pune | Noida | Ahmedabad | Indore | Bengaluru | Kolkata | Chennai

(Note: Remote for the given locations)

Experience Required: 4+ Years

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Ruby on Rails & Elixir
  • Build scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs
  • Collaborate closely with frontend, AI/ML, and product teams to deliver impactful solutions
  • Ensure code quality through testing, best practices, and deployment strategies
  • Optimize database queries to improve efficiency and ensure data security
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems when required
  • Participate in architecture discussions and influence key technical decisions

What We're Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails and Elixir
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and system integrations
  • Good knowledge of frontend basics (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
