We are hiring for the role of Data Controller / BIM at our Gurgaon office and invite interested candidates to be a part of the Sweco team.Key Responsibilities- Complete Level 3 departmental reading assignments (all procedures).- Support and maintain project distribution lists.- Coordinate with project teams on technical and document control-related matters.- Participate in project meetings as required.- Share ideas for process improvements within the department.- Perform quality checks on project records under guidance from senior document control staff.- Execute data entry and typing tasks at a proficient level.- Work effectively in a collaborative team environment.- Provide training and mentoring to junior staff under supervision.- Deliver internal communication and customer service as directed.- Assist in training users on company EDMS (ProjectWise).- Independently manage work assignments with moderate supervision.- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.- Contribute as a supportive, team-driven professional.Required Skills- 2–4 years of experience in data coordination or BIM.- Hands-on experience working with ProjectWise.- Experience in railway or similar large-scale infrastructure projects.- Familiarity with major CAD design tools (e.g., MicroStation, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
