• TodrivelocalCircleasaprofitablebusinessbydrivingsalesproductionandmanagingtheassociatedcosts
• Provide direct supportto fieldsales executivesto helpthem achievebusiness goalsand maximize theirown productivity.
• Ensurehighqualityandpersistencyofbusinessgeneratedbythelocalproductionunittosupportthelong-termprofitabilityof thecompany
• CascadeandalignAgencybusinessplanssystematically(e.g.,targetedproductmix,specificinitiatives,etc.)toensureeffective implementation of the same
• SupportCareerfieldsalesexecutivestoidentifyandrecruittopFinancialConsultantsfromthemarkettoexpandthedistribution team and improve overall productivity
• ProvideleadershiptotheentireCircleteambyclearlycommunicatingvisionandobjectivesoftheorganizationandofthelocal team

WorkExperience

Total6yearsplussalesexperience. Out of which minimum 2years of team management experience is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,100,000.00 per year
