We are looking for a pricing analyst in the travel business team focused on Stays pricing. In this role you will play a critical part in driving the growth and success of Scapia. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, developing strategies, and managing the pricing to achieve business objectives for the category.

Key Responsibilities:Market Analysis: Conduct market research, customer behavior and competitor analysis to understand hotel pricing trends and identify pricing opportunities .Pricing Strategy: Develop, implement, learn & iterate dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue while managing profitability for the category.Discount & Promotion Management: Manage and optimize hotel discounts and promotions to attract customers, improve NPS and drive growth with the right mix for the categoryProduct & Tech: Work closely with the product team to define business requirements for pricing and promotion tools within the company and frontend for the user in-app experienceStakeholder management: Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, supply, finance, product, marketing to prioritize development and enhancements

What you'll need:You would be expected to demonstrate deep customer centricity, strong analytics and sharp planning2+ years of pricing analytics role, prior experience with an OTA is a plusBachelors or masters degree with specialization in economics or statistics from an institution of reputeStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python)Very strong bias to action and ability to work independently plus as part of a teamStrong communication and influencing skillsHunger to work hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment
