Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecalling Marketing Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, promoting our products/services, and driving lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce products/services.- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Key Requirements:- Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or a similar role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
