Responsibilities:

Providing overseas career counseling to the interested leads for the required servicesConduct assessments to identify students' strengths, interests, and areas for improvement, and use this information for profile building.Advise students on course, country & university selection, eligibility requirements, and other academic-related mattersRegular calling/follow up on old and new leads and communicating with clients on a regular basis till the end of the service period & beyond.Handle client queries via emails, telephone and 1-on-1 meetings, and resolving any issues which they may be facingPreparing MIS reports on the number of calls done and record feedback against each lead on a daily basis. Give inputs on the quality of leads received from different sourcesMaintain comprehensive profiles for each student, including academic history, preferences, and documents. Check academic transcripts, certificates, and other documents for authenticity and compliance with university requirements.Ensure all required documents pertaining to application are uploaded and submitted within deadlines. Track application statuses, deadlines, and follow-ups.Address student and parent concerns about program selection, eligibility, and post-study opportunities. Research and disseminate information on scholarships, grants, and financial aid options.Guide student on interviews and visa application process, including filling out forms, scheduling interviews, and preparing required documents.Provide information on travel, accommodation, and settling into a new country. Ensure students complete post-application tasks like paying deposits, applying for accommodation, or enrolling in health insurance.Assist in any other relevant duties as assigned by the Senior Management Team pertaining to Overseas education.

QualificationsWork experience in relevant field for a minimum of two years & aboveBachelor's in English, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fieldExcellent Communication skills - both verbal & writtenAbility to prepare MIS reports on a regular basis for decision makingDecent academic performance
