The Chief of Staff will serve as a key advisor to the MD, monitoring projects & initiatives, to ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization.Responsibilities:- Advise MD on business and provide support on key business issues- Monitor cross-functional projects and initiatives on behalf of the MD, ensuring that objectives are achieved on time and within budget- Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for growth- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring that information is shared effectively and decisions are made efficiently- Prepare reports and presentations for the MD, summarizing key data and insights in a clear and concise manner;
