Post Graduate/ MBAMinimum of 8 -12 years of experience in designing and managing compensation and benefits programs, with a focus on strategic planning, market benchmarking, incentive structures, and compliance with labor laws.Expertise in developing comprehensive compensation frameworks that align with business objectives and market trends.Ability to leverage data for insights into compensation trends, pay equity, and employee retention.Proficiency in designing complex sales and performance incentive structures tailored to different employee groups.Deep understanding of labor laws and the ability to ensure all compensation practices adhere to regulatory requirements.Ability to think critically and craft long-term compensation strategies that drive business outcomes.Effective in articulating complex compensation concepts to senior leaders and driving stakeholder buy-in.Skilled at leading teams, mentoring staff, and driving cross-functional collaboration.Strong ability to resolve complex compensation challenges with data-driven decisions.
