Rolex India Engineering is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality storage system solutions, including mobile compactor systems, staff lockers, cell phone lockers, slotted angle racks, and heavy-duty racks. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Storage Solutions Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their specific storage needs and recommend the most appropriate solutions from our product portfolio.
Conduct site surveys to assess space availability and provide customized storage layout plans.
Generate detailed proposals outlining product specifications, pricing, and timelines.
Liaise with clients throughout the sales process, addressing questions and concerns and building strong relationships.
Secure new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Negotiate and close sales deals for our storage solutions, exceeding sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively showcase the value proposition of Rolex India Engineering's products and their ability to solve specific storage challenges.
Manage your own sales territory and quota, ensuring efficient time management and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new storage solutions to enhance product knowledge and sales expertise.
Participate in sales training programs to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Work collaboratively with other departments, such as engineering and production, to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the storage solutions industry or a related field.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving success in a self-managed environment.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Excellent understanding of space optimization principles and storage system configurations.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A valid driver's license is preferred.
