We create effortless, everyday skincare–makeup hybrids designed for Indian skin tones, climates and lifestyles.Built for the women of Bharat who want glow they can trust, we combine high-performance formulas, inclusive shades and relatable storytelling to make beauty simple, aspirational, and accessible.With a strong presence across D2 C, marketplaces, and quick commerce, we’re scaling fast - on track to power Sotrue's vision of ₹100 Cr ARR by 2026.Leadership Team: Consists of well-established professionals from Bain & Co. & KPMG.Role OverviewWe are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio in packaging and product label design, e-commerce listing creatives (LQS, A+ content), website banners, marketing collaterals, and social media creatives. The ideal candidate will also have photography skills for product shoots and the ability to create visually compelling assets that elevate brand presence across platforms.Responsibilities- Design premium product labels, and packaging in line with brand identity and printing requirements.- Create LQS, A+ images, and other e-commerce listing creatives for Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other marketplaces.- Develop website banners, marketing collaterals, flyers, brochures, and digital ads for campaigns.- Design social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms, ensuring high engagement and brand consistency.- Plan and execute product photography for marketing and e-commerce use.- Collaborate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives.- Maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency across all platforms.- Stay updated on design trends, competitor creatives, and marketplace creative guidelines.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.- 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in FMCG, personal care, or D2 C brands.- Proven experience in packaging design (monocartons & labels) and e-commerce creative requirements.- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, and Lightroom.- Knowledge of dielines, printing processes, and packaging compliance.- Product photography skills with an understanding of lighting, composition, and styling.- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.What’s in it for you- Opportunity to shape the visual identity of a premium women’s personal care brand along with other growing brands.- Work on a diverse range of creative projects spanning packaging, e-commerce, marketing, and social media.- Fast-track growth in a performance-driven organization.- Collaborate closely with experienced professionals from Bain & Co. and KPMG.- A creative, innovative, and high-growth startup environment.- Competitive salary and benefits package.Employment TypeFull time
