We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Leader of Learning (POR 2) to join our leadership team, commencing in 2026. The Leader of Learning will work collaboratively with staff to enhance teaching and learning outcomes for all students. This 0.6 FTE leadership role will be pivotal in supporting the implementation of the Teach Well framework and using data to monitor and respond to students’ progress in literacy and numeracy. Key responsibilities include: Lead and support the implementation of the Teach Well framework across the school. Monitor student growth in literacy and numeracy, using data to identify trends and determine targeted supports. Lead the implementation and professional learning of SEQTA as it relates to teaching, learning and assessment. Collaborate with staff to strengthen pedagogical practices and build teacher capacity. Promote a culture of high expectations, collaboration and continuous improvement. Engage in and facilitate professional learning to enhance teaching and learning practices. Support and lead the implementation of SEQTA for teaching and learning. About You The successful applicant will Be committed to the Catholic ethos and mission of the school. Be a committed and passionate educator who inspires excellence in teaching and learning. Demonstrate the ability to use data effectively to inform practice and improve student outcomes. Have excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong professional relationships. Show knowledge of, or a keen interest in, the Teach Well framework and evidence informed pedagogies. Desirable Experience in a leadership, coaching or mentoring role. Understanding of contemporary learning design and curriculum development. Why Us?
