Strategic Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).Roles & Responsibilities:Deep experience in managing large Global Automation team – Hands-on experience in solution engineering and development for BPM, RPA and AI solutionsDemonstrate thought leadership in RPA, automation strategies and implementation by conceptualizing and Designing automation solution framework with for US Healthcare operations like claims, configuration, OCR/mailroom, enrollment, etc.Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions strategy to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.Analyze current business processes in scope for automation and robotics. Participate actively in business process development activities to research and identify opportunities for automation.Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases including estimate, develop, test, manage projects, architect and deliver value in an Agile environment.Responsible for the overall program management, coordination, execution, control and completion of Programs or Projects related to Robotics Process Automation.Governing the delivery across stakeholders, handling complicated engineering issues, making sure, the design, code and overall solution is of top-notch quality. Is completely responsible for the overall customer experience in terms of delivery.Manages complex relationships between delivery and consumer groups to ensure good client relations. Resolves issues and determines and implements appropriate course of action.Ability to communicate both business and technology concepts effectively across all organization levels (both IT and business)

Key Qualifications and Experiences:15+ years’ experience in IT with hand-on expertise & experience on designing & building on digital technologies and experience of being part of large-scale digital transformations and with direct technical/engineering contribution.At least 5+ years of deep experience with Robotic Process Automation, and Operating Model Design, familiarity with UI Path, Pega Openspan platforms.Experience in AI/ML, OCR, NLP implementationsExperience of managing global teams across cultures and time-zones and working with peers/stakeholders globally with strong communication/collaboration and with proven track record in handling complicated engineering issues, assuring quality and timely delivery.Work closely with the relevant IT forums to ensure external stakeholders are aware of what’s happening with our automation strategy and to ensure that we are aligned to overall group strategySuccessful planning and delivery of large and complex automation programs, delivering significant business transformation benefits adhering to tight timescales and within budget and experience in the design and implementation of continuous integration, delivery, and deployment setupsBS degree with focus on information technology; Post Graduate Masters in Technology / Business Management.​​​​​​​#Launch #LaunchEngineering #LaunchJobsAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
