Role : Branch Business Head.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the branch including compliance, underwriting, operation, sales, and processing teams.
  • Plan and execute the strategy to achieve the performance of the branch.
  • Expand and retain the company's base of customers for affordable home loans by developing and maintaining strong liaisons with the clients/channel partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all Audit / NHB regulations as well as policies and procedures of the company.
  • Closely monitors the quality of books ensuring minimum delinquency at the branch level.
  • Drive team productivity by effectively managing the team of sales managers and also extend support through appropriate hiring, training, reward and recognition of the team.
  • Build and develop a defined source mix comprising of direct and indirect sourcing channels.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of the lending process at the various stages such as inquiry, application, verification, disbursement of loan, collection, new and existing customer service.
  • Manage post-sales customer/channel partner escalation.
  • Co-ordinate and supervise all key departments including channel partners internally and strategies that road map for lending products.
  • Constantly keep update of market trends and competitor intelligence.

Requirements :

Any graduation is mandatorily required.

4 - 7 Yrs of experience in Affordable Home Loans.

Good Communication and interpersonal Skills.

Good market Connect with Team Handling experience is must.
