Job posting Join us as Data Analyst-Reporting & Analytics Welcome to Novonesis In this role you’ll make an impact by : The objective of this role is to use statistical computer languages (Python) to transform data and draw insights from large data sets. Develop predictive analytics solution using ML algorithms such as regression, classification and random forest Develop, maintain, and optimize data analytics processes using Power BI, Python, and SQL. Understand and translate data analysis requirements into actionable insights. Maintain strong attention to detail while delivering clear communication. Proactively identify and resolve issues. Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources. Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets. Use of tools such as Advance Excel, Knime, SQL, Snowflake and Power BI to visualize data and create reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with various teams within an organization to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. To succeed you must hold: · Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). Min. 5+ years of Experience on Knime, Snowflake or SQL, Power BI, Python Experience on working with very large data sets. Skilled with writing, tuning, and troubleshooting SQL queries (Must Have) Experience with BI tools like Power BI etc Strong Python Strong organizational skills and planning prowess, with excellent attention to detail Good analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to triage technical issues and drive resolution with cross-functional teams. Hands on experience in analytics driven projects involving data exploratory analyses
