About the JobBusiness intelligence analysts play a pivotal role in enabling organizations to make data-driven decisions by deciphering complex data sets and identifying trends. In this capacity, you will support the team requirements of creating risk reporting for business and risk teams.The primary responsibilities of this position include developing foundational skills in understanding the fundamentals of risk management, its products and portfolios, deepening understanding of data infrastructure and analytical tools to conduct risk analysis, partnering with the analytical community to ensure data availability to meet use cases and reporting requirements, collaborating with commercial engagement teams, lines of business, and risk functions to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs), leveraging SQL and Python to query existing data and run analysis on data and models, developing dashboards and packaged reporting for delivery to key stakeholders, monitoring KPI/KRI universes, and setting standards for reporting.This role also involves the ability to work with senior analysts to support constant reporting requirements for regulators and other internal stakeholders, preparing reporting for management with strategic recommendations and action plans that have been created in collaboration with lines of business and risk stakeholders, and automating reporting using data visualization tools.To be successful in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 2+ years of analytics experience (business intelligence, data visualization, portfolio analytics etc.) with a proven track record of using quantitative analysis to impact key business or product decisions. Additionally, you should have working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau.
