Job Title: Sales Manager – Travel Insurance

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: 6-8 LPA

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive growth and manage the sales strategy for our travel insurance division. This role requires a strong background in travel insurance sales, business development, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities

- Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth in the travel insurance segment.- Team Management: Lead, train, and support a sales team to achieve individual and team goals.- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, and build relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, and distribution partners.- Client Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.- Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales performance, provide insights to leadership, and forecast sales targets.- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with high-value clients, closing deals to meet business objectives.- Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies.- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

Key Requirements

- 4-5 years of sales experience in the travel insurance industry.- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing high-value accounts.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and drive team performance.- Deep understanding of the travel insurance market and customer needs.- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Desirable Skills

- Experience in B2B and B2C sales within the insurance or travel sector.- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.- Strong analytical skills for sales forecasting and performance tracking.
