About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Service Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will have around 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service processes.Key Responsibilities- Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omnichannel, Service Console, and Entitlements.- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow to enhance Service Cloud functionality.- Integrate Service Cloud with third-party applications and internal systems.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Work on automation, workflow rules, process builder, and advanced flows to streamline service operations.- Ensure code quality through unit testing and adherence to Salesforce best practices.- Participate in deployment, release management, and ongoing support activities.Required Skills & Experience- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on Service Cloud.- Strong knowledge of Case Management, Service Console, Email-to-Case, Live Chat, and Knowledge Base.- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows.- Good understanding of Salesforce security model and data model.- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification (preferred, not mandatory).Soft Skills- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.- Good communication and client interaction skills.- Self-driven with a learning mindset.Why Join Us?- Opportunity to work on challenging Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.- Exposure to the latest Salesforce technologies and cross-cloud projects.- Collaborative work environment with growth opportunities.
