Summary:

Join our dynamic and growing founding team as a Full Stack Developer at a Canada-based maritime startup in India. We are looking for top talent, to grow our high-performance team of experienced developers with 4-6 years of hands-on experience. Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain user-centric applications leveraging technologies such as React, React Native, Next.js, Node.js, and Python.
  • Lead the implementation of technical solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their applicability to our tech stack.
  • Actively participate in contributing to technical strategies and architecture.
  • Take ownership of complex projects, driving them to successful completion within timelines.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Proficiency in React, React Native, Next.js, Node.js, and Python, with a solid track record of delivering production-ready applications.
  • Knowledge of  Golang  is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and deployment practices (e.g., AWS, Docker).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Passion for working in a startup environment, with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
  • A proactive attitude, with a strong sense of ownership and dedication to achieving the team's goals.
