Job Description: Senior Business Analyst focused on customer engagement and functional analysis for supplemental health product portfolios within the life insurance space. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a primary customer-facing analyst for life insurance clients. - Conduct thorough review and analysis of customer product portfolios/features. - Extract, review, and synthesize extensive client documentation. - Capture, analyze, and document functional business requirements. - Participate in project meetings and requirements discovery sessions. - Prepare deliverables including feature summaries and business requirement documents. - Provide senior-level functional insight to support modernization efforts. Requirements: - Minimum 9 years' experience as a Business Analyst in the life insurance domain - Experience with supplemental health products (highly preferred). - Strong background in functional analysis and documentation. - Proven track record of customer-facing engagement. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interact with senior stakeholders.
