Don’t miss the chance to work with cutting-edge Project in SME and be a part of something transformative Drive Date : 29th November - Saturday (9AM-2PM) Contact Person : Swarali Venue Location : HCL Tech, Special Economic Zone, Tower 4, GF café 3, Jigani, 129, Bommasandra Jigani Link Rd, Industrial Area, Bengaluru, Karnataka Position : Mechanical Design Engineer Experience: 3-7 years Job Location: Bangalore #JD 1 : Mechanical Engineer with 3-6 years of relevant experience 3- 4 years, Hands on experience in Creo Software Experience in Semiconductor OR Machine equipment is preferred Experience in Design and development of Mechanical products Sound knowledge in designing Machined parts, Sheet Metal parts, Enclosure, Chassis, Vacuum Chamber, Frames etc Hands on experience in Windchill, SAP PLM, Agile, ECO process Knowledge in ASME & 14.5 Drafting standards Hands on experience in GD&T, Tolerance Stack up Excellent Verbal and written communication Good Knowledge on Structural / Thermal analysis (Ansys 14 release) JD 2:- Key Responsibilities: - Problem identification and troubleshooting a wide range of difficult mechanical problems. - Interface with internal and external customers regarding mechanical issues for specific project. - Designs and analyzes mechanical systems, equipment and packaging. - Implementation of concepts for variety of product issues and mechanical solutions. - Establishes standards across all operational processes. Functional Knowledge: - Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities. - Understands key business drivers; uses this understandingto accomplish own work. - No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members. - Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents. - Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelinesand policies. - Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations. JD 3:- Experience in Electrical Rack, Electrical Chassis and Power distribution box designing for Variable frequency machines. Experience in Sheet-metal design Experience in Cable duct design to secure signal, power, Ethercat cables and Gas/water/CDA tubes. Experience in Cable Routing and Ability to read and understand electrical schematics. Experience in Creo Cabling and Ability to read and understand E3’s electrical schematics. Experience in ECR/ECO/ECN process (Core+) Hands on experience in Thermal calculation for electrical cabinets Ability to read and understand various complex drawings. Independent and enthusiastic designer with original concepts Able to perform a variety of tasks from CAD to detailing and documentation with minimal supervision. JD 3:- Job Description for Inventor/Creo - Mechanical Design Engineer Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. Good experience in Mechanical design, build activity. Independent and enthusiastic designer with original concepts. At least 3 to 6 years of experience in design of mechanical parts, semiconductor or machine tool industry, working with vacuum and clean room environments are added advantage. Experience in Sheet-metal design Experience in Cable duct design to secure signal, power, Ether cat cables and Gas/water/CDA tubes. Experience on Electrical Rack, Electrical Chassis and Power distribution box designing for Variable frequency machines. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics. Hands on experience in Autodesk inventor and Creo, part modeling and detailing, Core+. Good Knowledge in OEM Component selections. Ability to read and understand various complex drawings. Good Knowledge in GD & T, Tolerance Stack up, ASME Drawing Standards. Able to perform a variety of tasks from CAD to detailing and documentation with minimal supervision. Good in various industrial Manufacturing process and Welding Knowledge. Good in Material Selection. Prepare and present engineering solution to the management. Ability to design and investigate different engineering options and analyze the best solution based on a variety of considerations. Worked on new product development, involved in the product design life cycle from the concept and feasibility phase to prototype development to hand off to high volume manufacturing. Excellent communicator can present his/her ideas clearly and can explain the approach to the solution of a technical problem succinctly. Fast learner, open to new ideas. Software Skill Required: Autodesk Inventor (Part Modeling, Sheet Metal, Assembly & Drawing). Creo (Part Modeling, Sheet Metal, Assembly & Drawing). Team Center – PLM / Windchill. ECR/ECO/ECN Process, Core+. MS Office.
