The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing marketsPartner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talentMentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectivesGenerate enquiries & get the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, web conference etc).Assist channel partners and channel sales teams to qualify prospects.Send company profile to all enquiries generated.Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.Identify sales leads and convert leads to sustainable sales.Apply & keep record of UQN for sales leads.Maintain and expand client database.Initiate and improve customer relations via customer interaction, with special emphasis on customer visits for demo at our Office.Provide customers with technical expertise.Prepare & Send Quotes with technical specs in prescribed format to Customer as per their actual requirement. Maintain record & Follow up on quotes sent.Collect PO from customer with all the terms & conditions with payment as per payment terms and submit the same in office for further processing.Follow up from customer for payment as per payment term.Coordinate with concerned BH for Order Processing/ PI/ Dispatch etc till the m/c reached at customer site.Provide product, systems, and technical training to new and existing employees on an as needed basis.Reply all the queries/ mails etc. received from customer.Installation visit at customer site.Feedback from customer.Meet personal and team sales targets.Provide monthly/ weekly report in prescribed formats.

QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business3+ years' of sales experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills
