We're looking for a visionary design leader who can fuse strategy, storytelling, and innovation to elevate Ascendion's brand across every touchpoint. As Head of Design , you won't just own our design system — you'll evolve it. From enterprise-grade AI to talent transformation narratives, you'll craft experiences that shape how the world sees, feels, and interacts with our brand.

You'll be a strategic design partner to marketing and business leadership — someone who brings bold ideas to life through thoughtful execution, design intelligence, and platform innovation. And as AI continues to reshape the design landscape, you'll lead that evolution, driving a next-gen design philosophy that's intelligent, adaptive, and future-ready.

What You'll Do

Lead with Vision, Build with Purpose

• Architect the end-to-end design vision across digital and offline assets - websites, microsites, campaigns, events, and CXO presentations
• Evolve Ascendion's design language to reflect emerging technologies like AI, agentic systems, and platform innovation
• Translate strategic business goals and messaging into visual expressions that resonate with both enterprise buyers and talent audiences
• Partner closely with marketing, sales, and delivery leaders to turn GTM strategies into design-led impact

Drive Design Innovation

• Champion a culture of out-of-the-box thinking — constantly pushing creative boundaries while remaining rooted in brand purpose
• Experiment with generative design tools and AI-assisted workflows to enhance creativity and accelerate output
• Lead design sprints, workshops, and storyboarding sessions to unlock new creative possibilities
• Simplify complex offerings (AI, engineering services, talent models) into intuitive and accessible design formats

Own Brand Aesthetics & Experience

• Define and scale a cohesive design system for marketing — ensuring brand consistency, design integrity, and visual distinction across formats
• Lead thought leadership design: whitepapers, keynote decks, frameworks, and visual storytelling formats that elevate Ascendion's market voice
• Design for high-impact moments — event branding, booths, experiences, social media motion graphics, and enterprise campaigns

Operate at the Intersection of Tech + Design

• Bring deep familiarity with both AI and traditional design tools — from Figma and Adobe Suite to emerging AI-based design platforms
• Stay ahead of design trends in the B2B tech ecosystem — especially in experience engineering, digital transformation, and AI
• Translate tech narratives (e.g. GenAI, engineering platforms, GCCs) into design systems that are smart, engaging, and action-oriented

Lead, Mentor & Collaborate

• Build and coach a high-performing team of designers and visual creatives
• Provide hands-on design leadership on key initiatives and enterprise pursuits
• Collaborate with writers, developers, brand strategists, and campaign leads to create unified, high-converting experiences
• Coordinate with agencies and partners to scale brand presence across India and global markets

You Might Be a Great Fit If You…

• Are a hybrid thinker — equal parts designer, strategist, and technologist
• Have 10+ years of experience in brand design — ideally in tech services, AI/engineering companies, or high-growth B2B brands
• Are fluent in Figma, Adobe CC, prototyping tools, and AI-enabled design workflows
• Have a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to simplify complex ideas and lead visual storytelling at a strategic level
• Believe that design is not just about beauty — it's about moving people, growing business, and making complexity feel simple
