Business Development Manager - Drum Spill Pallets
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional with expertise in industrial safety and spill containment solutions . The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote drum spill pallets across key industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share for Drum Spill Pallets .
- Identify and engage potential customers in manufacturing, chemical, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, warehousing, and industrial safety sectors .
- Built and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement managers, safety officers, and facility managers .
- Collaborate with distributors and channel partners to enhance market penetration.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions .
- Stay updated on industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance .
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and trade exhibitions .
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and market expansion objectives .
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field .
- Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial safety, material handling, or spill containment solutions .
- Skills: Strong expertise in business development, client engagement, and key account management .
- Mindset: Self-driven, result-oriented, excellent at communication, negotiation, and presentations .
