Role Description

The role includes daily tasks such as managing sales activities, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management and team leadership
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the Jaipur real estate market is a plus
