Role: HIS support Specialist Location: ChennaiExperience: 2 - 5 YearsMandatory skills : Hospital system support, Ticketing, TroubleshootingShift: RotationalEssential FunctionsWorks with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines.Builds, documents and maintains new and existing customer-centric business critical solutions.Develops and implements solution validation plans.Ensures quality control during implementation and execution of the validation plans.Builds training materials for the implemented solutions.Trains customers on the implemented solutions.Participates in QA, UAT & production launch support related to various customer engagements.Contributes towards building implementation and integrations best practices and the knowledge base.Collaborates with the DrugDev product development team to help improve and expand core platform functionality.Provides Tier 2/3 technical support for custom integrations.Has working knowledge of support processes and working in production environment.Works with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines.QualificationsBachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experienceExperience working with external customers to gather technical requirementsPreferenceWorking knowledge of software development processes and methodologies ReqKnowledge of the clinical trial / pharmaceutical domain PrefPowerful work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction IntermediateStrong customer facing and presentation skills IntermediateProcess documentation skills IntermediateValidation documentation and execution skills
