Production Demand and Delivery Specialist

As part of our expansion we are looking for talented Production Demand and Delivery Specialist (Project Management) to work efficiently in our growing team. Synedyne has been in the forefront of product development in Sensing, Control, Connectivity and Intelligence products in India.
Work location: Bommasandra, Bangalore
Role Objective:
- Customer Interaction
- Forecast management
- Procurement planning and monitoring
- Production planning and monitoring
- Co-ordination with SCM, Quality and Production
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in ECE, MECH, EEE
2 Years’ experience in production planning and control
Key Responsibilities/Functions:
- Getting demand forecast from the customer
- Communication of demand forecast to production department and jointly preparing production plan
- Preparation of procurement plan based on production plan jointly with SCM
- Monitoring of SCM, production and quality activities inline with production and procurement planning
- Weekly review with CFT, MIS update to the management
- Risk management
- Ensuring timely deliveries to the customers
- Issue management and problem resolution
- Change management
- Monitoring and controlling the COGS
Essential Technical Skills(Must have)
- In depth knowledge of production processes and supply chain management
- Exposure to production planning and procurement planning
- Knowledge of Quality processes
- Tool efficiency – planning and monitoring tools (MS office, MS project)
- MIS report preparation and presentation
Desirable Technical Skills (Good to have)
- Knowledge of product life cycle
- Knowledge of SAP
