  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategy.
  1. Community Engagement:
  • Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement proactive strategies to encourage user-generated content and user participation in campaigns and contests.
  1. Influencer Marketing:
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and content creators aligned with our brand values and target audience.
  • Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including contracts, deliverables, and compensation.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that resonates with our audience and aligns with campaign objectives.
  1. Content Creation:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative content ideas and concepts for social media and influencer campaigns.
  • Produce high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written copy that is optimized for each social media platform.
  1. Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute social media and influencer marketing campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and deadlines.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results and ROI.
  1. Trend Monitoring and Research:
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and implementation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in social media and influencer marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
