Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and physically inspect telecom products, including mobile phones, laptops, desktops, and iPads, across all brands.

  • Identify products and accurately assess device issues and repair requirements.

  • Estimate repair costs and evaluate profitability for buyback and refurbishment.

- Prior hands-on experience in repairing mobile phones and laptops.

Skills Required:

  • In-depth technical knowledge of mobile phones, laptops, desktops, and tablets across multiple brands.
