Job Description:

Engage in discussions with business stakeholders to evaluate various Salesforce requestsCollaborate with other developers in shared Salesforce environments to develop standard / custom solutions and develop integrations with Carbon’s core business systems, including Oracle Cloud Applications, Quickbase, JIRA, etc, as needed based on business requirementsTroubleshoot and fix bugs in test or production environments as neededFollow Carbon best practices for software development, data integrity/security, technical documentation, and release management.Execute unit/regression testing to verify the stability and functionality of the applicationMaintain the security and integrity of the application softwareAnalyze data using Workbench and Salesforce InspectorMaintain documentation and records of application changes and RCABachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent experienceFamiliarity with Lightning App Builder and Lightning Component featuresEfficient in using Lightning Process Builder, Flow Builder, Chatter and Quick Action2+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and configurations)Experience developing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Community Cloud and CPQExperience developing B2B Commerce, payment gateways and Product OfferingsHands on development experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL, Lightning, Scheduled and Batch classes, MySQL and JavaScriptEnterprise application integration tool experience like Dell Boomi or MulesoftHands on experience using Salesforce APIs and 3rd-party integration using integration techniques -REST, SOAP APIs, Auth and Single Sign-OnCertifications: Salesforce platform (Platform Developer I+, Platform App Builder)Strong problem-solving skillsFluency in spoken and written EnglishAbility to complete assignments in a timely and efficient manner.Ability to work independently to prioritize and manage multiple tasksSelf-starter, ability to work with minimum supervisionTrack record of being proactive in solving issuesTeam Player – This role is part of a much larger global teamDemonstrate reliability and integrityTake pride in work deliverables; attention to detail is a must

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Must-Haves :- Strong problem-solving skills - Fluency in spoken and written English - Client Management - Experience developing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Community Cloud and CPQ - Minimum 2 years - Experience developing B2B Commerce, payment gateways and Product Offerings - - Np - 30 Days
