Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative and motivated individual with a passion for video content creation and social media engagement. The successful candidate will be instrumental in planning and executing social media strategies across Instagram and TikTok, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance to drive success.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with team members to plan, script, and shoot engaging video content based on given briefs.- Coordinate with video editors to adhere to the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of high-quality videos.- Manage posting schedules, engage with followers, and monitor social media performance across platforms.- Analyze data and provide weekly reports on content performance to inform strategy adjustments.- Stay updated with trends in social media and content creation to continuously innovate and capture audience interest.

Qualifications :

- 0-2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.- Strong interest and enthusiasm for creating video content, particularly on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.- Proficiency in shooting content using smartphones or cameras.- Basic knowledge of video editing.- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

- Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days on-site at our Bangalore office and remaining days work-from-home.- Initial 6-month internship period with a full-time role offer contingent upon performance.
