Job Description: Marketing Executive

Location: Dwarka, New Delhi


Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to schools and colleges, promoting our services, and establishing partnerships. The candidate will be responsible for selling our study abroad consultancy services and exam preparation courses (IELTS, GRE, GMAT, SAT, OET, PTE, CUET). A key part of this role will involve convincing educational institutions to conduct seminars and webinars to raise awareness of our offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach schools and colleges to promote our study abroad consultancy services and exam preparation courses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and their decision-makers.
  • Develop strategies to engage schools in conducting seminars, webinars, and other awareness programs.
  • Provide clear and persuasive presentations to key stakeholders, including school administrators, faculty, and students.
  • Organize and oversee promotional events such as seminars, webinars, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tailored communication materials for schools and colleges.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, partnerships, and leads.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.


Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, marketing executive, sales, or a related field, preferably within the education or consultancy sector.
  • Strong command of the English language, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to persuade and negotiate with educational institutions and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Google Sheets and other relevant software to track sales activities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with different audiences.
  • Knowledge of study abroad programs and competitive exam preparations is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to schools and colleges as required.

Remuneration and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: INR 30,000 per month
